3. Pay challan (₨ 2,000) at Bank of Punjab

4. Balloting → shortlisted undergo financial scrutiny by Bank of Punjab

5. On approval: pay down payment and pick up bike from designated showroom  

Distribution for Phase I was limited to 5 districts: Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Bahawalpur  . Phase II may expand province-wide.
